Refund Policy

Classes and Tutorials

• Refunds are available if you cancel at least 3 days before the scheduled start date.
• No refunds will be issued after a class or tutorial session has begun.
• Sessions missed without prior notice will not be refunded.

Virtual Assistant (VA) Services

• Refunds are not provided for hours or tasks already completed.
• If you cancel ongoing VA services, refunds are subject to approval.

Website Design Services

• Once the project has started, cancellations may be eligible for a partial refund based on work completed.
• After final delivery and approval, refunds will not be issued.
• We include 2 rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

General Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of cancellation or service delivery.
