Welcome! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services, which include classes/tutorials, virtual assistant (VA) support, and website design.

1. Classes and Tutorials

Booking and Payment:

  • Full payment or deposit is required to reserve your spot.

Conduct:

  • Participants agree to behave respectfully and comply with instructor guidelines.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Full refunds are available if canceled at least 3 days before the session start date.
  • No refunds will be issued after sessions have begun.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

2. Virtual Assistant (VA) Services

Booking and Payment:

  • Payment or deposit is required upfront to confirm scheduling.

Service Delivery:

  • Services will be provided as agreed; changes must be communicated promptly.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Refunds are not provided for hours or tasks already completed.
  • Refunds for unused prepaid hours may be considered upon cancellation, subject to approval.

3. Website Design Services

Booking and Payment:

  • A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required before work begins.

Project Scope:

  • Includes the agreed number of pages and 2 rounds of revisions; additional revisions or features may incur extra charges.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted if the project is canceled after work has started, based on completed work.
  • No refunds after final delivery and client approval.

4. Booking and Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to confirm any service booking.
  • Payment must be received prior to commencement of work or sessions.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all required content, information, and approvals promptly.
  • Delays in client responses may delay project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of final deliverables (website files, course materials, documents) transfers to the client upon full payment.
  • We reserve the right to display work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Privacy

  • We respect client privacy and will not share personal information without consent.
  • Client information is used solely for service delivery purposes.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales or website traffic.

9. Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of cancellation or service delivery.
  • No refunds will be issued if delays or issues arise due to the client's failure to provide required materials or approvals.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, specifically applicable to Marilao, Bulacan.
